PENTA POWER CONTROLLERS is an organization for Supply, installation and commissioning of Electrical, ELV and Plumbing equipment’s. We have a good team of electrical Engineers, Supervisors and Technicians. PENTA POWER CONTROLLERS main office is situated in Azad lane, Near Bharath Hospital, Kottayam. We undertake all kinds of HT and LT electrical installations for industrial, domestic, hospitals, high-rise buildings, Schools and Auditoriums. We specialized for erection and commissioning of Generators, transformers, lightening arrestor, CCTV and LAN cables.

Environment Policy:

To achieve the goal, minimize the impact of our manufacturing activities on the environment especially the air, water and soil. Evaluation of environmental procedures is developed for close monitoring. Optimize the consumption of resources water, energy and raw materials by minimizing wastages, recovering and recycling where ever possible. Pollution control equipment and machinery are upgraded whenever required. Proper training of employees to execute the activities in an environmentally responsible and safe manner.

Training Policy:

To provide and develop knowledge, skills and behavior of our employees to continuously improve their performance” is our training policy stand. PENTA team joining hands to accomplish the following:

Competency evaluation conducted each year to identify and document training needs of the employees. Planning and publish training calendar schedule. Provision of periodical training based on the requirements and as per the schedule. Monitor and evaluate training process and outcomes to access and to decide the next training cycle requirements. Collaboration of the activities along with the Human Resource Department.
